Jethro's Heapin' Helpin' Steak Sauce
Make Some More Ribeye Steaks
While it doesn't take much to make Jethro's eyes light up at the prospect of food, this will make everyone agree that this is how to eat right.
- 4 ribeye Steaks
- 2 cups Jethro's Heapin' Helpin' Steak Sauce
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- salt & pepper to taste
Mix the wet ingredients together well. Place the steaks in a Ziploc bag and cover with the marinade. Marinate for 1-4 hours. Remove the steaks from the marinade and season to taste with Salt and Pepper Grill on medium-high grill to the desired doneness, basting with remaining marinade while grilling. Serves 1 Jethro.
