This charming little Fredericksburg distillery, adjacent to Das Peach Haus, was established with a strong foundation in beloved German and Austrian traditions. Founded by Case Dietz Fischer, Jr. in November 2021, the distillery is dedicated to preserving age-old distilling techniques. Guests can explore the fascinating history and methods of alcohol distillation, purchase gourmet cocktail mixes, and indulge in a variety of classic and artisanal cocktails.

Lime Ginger Cocktail Mix (Non-Alcoholic)

Peach Jalapeño Cocktail Mix (Non-Alcoholic)
We’ve been pairing peaches and jalapeños together for years- it only seemed right to add it to the Dietz Distillery cocktail mix lineup! The sweet 100% peach juice paired with a nice dose of jalapeño, makes the perfect base for our Jalapeach Fiesta cocktail. This flavor profile is a real taste of Texas!
Pomegranate Grapefruit Cocktail Mix (Non-Alcoholic)
Definitely one of our favorites, Pomegranate Grapefruit cocktail mix will remind you of a Paloma. It’s made with Texas citrus and the smokey notes of mezcal added to the pomegranate grapefruit is a hit combination! Mix up a pitcher and share it with friends!
Prickly Pear Habanero Cocktail Mix (Non-Alcoholic)
Spicy AND sweet, our Prickly Pear Habanero cocktail mix is a Texas Hill Country classic. It’s made with hand-pressed Texas prickly pear! Adding tequila or gin will pair perfectly and smooth out the heat, but not enough to take away from the unique flavor combo.
Watermelon Mint Cocktail Mix (Non-Alcoholic)
If you are looking for the perfect refreshing cocktail, look no further. Our Watermelon Mint cocktail mix with gin, especially Dietz Distillery’s Five Judges Gin, is just what you need.
