    Ingredients

    • For Pot Roast
    • 3 lb. Chuck Roast

    • 2 large potatoes

    • 3 large carrots

    • For Pot Roast Torta
    • Mayo to taste

    • 1 large tomato

    • 1 red onion

    • 1 avocado

    • Shredded lettuce

    • 1 large French Bread

    Directions

    • For Pot Roast
    • Cook Chuck Roast with potatoes and carrots in slow cooker on low for 6hrs with MOM’s Pot Roast Meal Starter. Serve with potatoes and carrots. Enjoy.

    • For Pot Roast Torta
    • Cut or shred meat and leave it in the slow cooker. Cut bread 4 – 6 inches long, slice bead in half to use as a sandwich, and remove some of the soft white bread to allow for toppings. 

    • Spread mayo on both sides of the bread and begin to layer your ingredients leaving the meat until the end. Top with the other piece of bread and enjoy.
