2 parts Dry Gin
1 part Honey Syrup*
1 part Lemon Juice
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Directions
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Peach honey syrup
Combine 3 parts of Fischer & Wieser’s Peach Honey and 1 part hot water. Stir until honey is completely dissolved. Let it cool before using.
