Hatch Pepper & Peach Mojito

White Rum
- 1 oz
Lime Juice
- .5 oz
Simple Sauce
- 6-8
Mint Leaves
Directions
(OPTIONAL) For more flavor, strain sauce through fine mesh strainer or blend until smooth consistency.
Add rum, lime juice, sauce, simple syrup, and mint leaves to shaker.
Add ice to shaker and shake until tins are frosted.
Pour and double strain over crushed ice.
Top with Club Soda and garnish with charred peach slice and mint spring.
