Pineapple Coconut Mezcal Sour

1oz mezcal
1 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
3 oz pineapple mango juice
Pineapple slice for garnish
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in all ingredients.
Shake vigorously for one minute.
Strain and pour over lowball glass full of ice.
Garnish with pineapple slice
