    Ingredients

    • 2 oz. Five Judges Gin

    • 2-3 oz

      Fresh Grapefruit Juice

    • ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

    • ½ oz. Simple Syrup or 1 oz. Prickly Pear Habanero Cocktail Mix

    • Grapefruit Wedge and/or Jalapeño Slice we will need a grapefruit and jalapeno

    • Topo Chico

       

    Directions

    • Pour in Five Judges Gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup OR Prickly Pear Habanero cocktail mix (for spicy version) into a shaker. 

    • Add ice to shaker. Shake until tins are frosted. 

    • Pour and strain into a low ball glass. Add ice. 

    • Top with Topo Chico. 

    • Garnish with grapefruit wedge and/or jalapeño slices.
