2 oz. Five Judges Gin
- 2-3 oz
Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup or 1 oz. Prickly Pear Habanero Cocktail Mix
Grapefruit Wedge and/or Jalapeño Slice we will need a grapefruit and jalapeno
Topo Chico
Directions
Pour in Five Judges Gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup OR Prickly Pear Habanero cocktail mix (for spicy version) into a shaker.
Add ice to shaker. Shake until tins are frosted.
Pour and strain into a low ball glass. Add ice.
Top with Topo Chico.
Garnish with grapefruit wedge and/or jalapeño slices.
