Lemon Dill Caper Seafood

    Looking for something elegant for your next dinner party? This delicious lemon caper dill seafood dish will be sure to impress your guests. Light and buttery, you can serve with noodles or prepare with just French bread for dipping into the sauce and seafood.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup

      butter

    • 1 cup

      onion, finely diced

    • 1 tsp

      garlic, minced

    • 2 tbsp

      Italian parsley, chopped fresh 

    • 2 tbsp

      Herbs de Provence

    • 1 tsp

      salt

    • 1/2 tsp

      pepper

    • 1 tbsp

      lemon juice

    • 1 cup

      dry white wine

    • 1 cup

      chicken broth

    • 1 lb

      shrimp, deveined

    • 1 lb

      sea scallops

    • 1 lb

      clams, steamed & opened

    Directions

    • In a large pan over medium heat sauté onion, parsley, and garlic in butter until onions are translucent, 7-10 minutes. 

    • Add Herbs de Provence, salt, pepper, lemon juice, wine, chicken broth, and Lemon Dill & Capers Sauce.  Stir well. 

    • Add shrimp and scallops to the sauce, cooking over medium heat until shrimp are cooked through, about 10 minutes.

    • Add steamed clams and gently fold into sauce. 

    • Spoon seafood and sauce over hot noodles to serve.
