    Ingredients

    • 6

bell peppers, sliced sideways with seeds and ribs removed

    • 2 1/2 cups

      diced, cooked turkey

    • 3 cups

      prepared stuffing

    • 1 1/2 cup

      shredded Provolone cheese

    • 1/2 cup

Four Star Provisions Cran Razz Sauce  (for serving)

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 400F degrees.

    • In a large mixing bowl, mix leftover turkey, stuffing, and cheese. Note - if your stuffing seems dry, add a small amount of chicken broth to make it moist but not too wet.

    • Arrange prepared peppers cut side up in a 13"x9" baking dish. Spoon mixture into each pepper. Top with cheese, then cover the dish with foil.

    • Bake for about 30 minutes.

    • Let cool and top with Four Star Provisions Cran Razz Sauce.
