Thanksgiving Leftover Stuffed Peppers

- 6
bell peppers, sliced sideways with seeds and ribs removed
- 2 1/2 cups
diced, cooked turkey
- 3 cups
prepared stuffing
- 1 1/2 cup
shredded Provolone cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix leftover turkey, stuffing, and cheese. Note - if your stuffing seems dry, add a small amount of chicken broth to make it moist but not too wet.
Arrange prepared peppers cut side up in a 13"x9" baking dish. Spoon mixture into each pepper. Top with cheese, then cover the dish with foil.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Let cool and top with Four Star Provisions Cran Razz Sauce.
