Miss Jane’s Smokey Mesquite Mustard Pork Tenderloin

    Pork tenderloin and our Mesquite Horseradish Mustard, what a combination!

    Ingredients

    • 4-6 pound pork tenderloin (1)

    • 1/4 cup

      olive oil

    • 1/2 teaspoon

      coarse salt

    • 1/4 teaspoon

      black pepper, freshly ground

    Directions

    • Coat pork tenderloin with olive oil.

    • Mix Mesquite Horseradish Mustard with coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

    • Coat the tenderloin with the mustard mixture.

    • Roast in 375º oven for approximately 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155-160ºF.

    • Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil and let sit for 10 minutes.

    • Slice horizontally, serve.
