pork shoulder roast shredded
- 1 tbsp
Grapeseed oil
- 2 cups
cabbage, jicama slaw
- 6
corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup
cilantro leaves
1 Pineapple
2 Mangos
1 red bell pepper
1 Jalapeno
1 red onion
½ cup of Cilantro
Directions
In a Sautee pan on med to low heat add grape seed oil, then add shredded pork meat.
Let pork heat for a few minutes then add Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sauce then add ¼ cup of water stir and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Heat a comal and spray with avocado oil. Warm tortillas till they start to brown.
Mango Pineapple Salsa
¼ in. dice cut all ingredients and mix well in a bowl add your 2 tablespoons of Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce combine and serve.Assemble taco with pork, garnish with Cabbage Jicama Slaw, Pineapple Mango Salsa and pickled onion.
