Shiner Beer Batter Chicken Tenders

    Ingredients

    Directions

    • Chicken Tender Directions
    • Set aside 1/3 cup flour and whisk together the remaining 2 cups flour with Shiner Bock beer and beaten eggs. Season the batter to taste.

    • Dredge chicken tenders in flour and then dip or roll tenders in batter.

    • Deep-fry tenders in 375 degrees F oil until deep golden brown.

    • Drain on paper towels and serve with Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Ranch.

    • Dip Directions
    • Combine Ranch and Fischer & Wieser’s Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce  and mix until well blended. Chill until ready to use.
