Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard Grilled Chicken Skewers

chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1
red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1
yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 6
small mushrooms, sliced
- 1
zucchini, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for brushing
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with Fischer & Wieser Sweet, Sour, and Smokey Sauce. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Thread the chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini onto skewers, alternating between the chicken and vegetables.
Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with a side of your choice.
