Sriracha Mustard Salmon

    Ingredients

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 400°.

    • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking spray.

    • Season salmon on both sides with salt and brush with Sriracha mustard dip all over, place in center of prepared tray

    • Place lime slices on top of the salmon and cooked about 15 to 18 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

    • Remove limes from the tray and switch the oven to broil. Broil for 2 minutes more, or until the edges of the salmon begin to crisp up.

    • Serve over a bed of white rice and asparagus (optional).
