Grilled Peach & Hatch Pepper Corn

    Ingredients

    Directions

    • Heat grill to medium high heat. Cut the corn in half the center of the cob. Place the corn on the grill cob side down first for a few minutes and then flip. Cook the corn unit it tender. Remove from grill and rub on some butter then brush on some Fischer & Wieser’s Fredericksburg Harvest Peach & Hatch Pepper Sauce. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
