Texas Corn on the Cob

4 ears Corn, shucked
1/4 cup Butter Salted or unsalted, Melted
1 tbsp. Chili powder
1/2 cup Cotija cheese Crumbled or grated
1/3 cup Cilantro Finely chopped
1 Lime Cut into 4 wedges
Directions
Rub ears of corn with a little butter. Grill until lightly charred on all sides. Place them on a pan and brush more butter and Fischer & Wieser’s Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze on each corn. Sprinkle chili powder, cheese, cilantro and lime juice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
