The Fischer & Wieser Heritage line represents our original products that would have been found at our roadside fruit stand, Das Peach Haus, in our early years beginning in 1969. From jams, jellies, preserves to mustards and salsas.

Four Star Provisions sauces and dips were developed to create an elevated culinary experience that is adventurous but relatable. This extraordinary product line offers a wide range of flavor profiles, spices, hand-charred and roasted ingredients that will elevate your dishes and impress your friends and family.

Mom’s premium sauces, soups, and starters showcase homestyle, worldly flavors that were inspired by Nenfa Timpone’s original “fast sauce” recipe. Providing variety and easy-to-use instructions, our Mom's line allows friends and families to sample their favorite dishes the world has to offer.

Stick + Tine takes its inspiration from the teachings of how to use chopsticks. From chopsticks (sticks) to tines (forks) this line is a celebration of Asian flair. From chile crisp to Ramen starters to finishing sauces, ingredients are imported from all over the world to build the foundation of this amazing line.

For over 30 years, Fredericksburg Fudge has been known for making premium, made-from-scratch fudge, chocolates, and brittles using high-quality ingredients.

Located in Das Peach Haus, the Culinary Adventure Cooking School offers public and private events featuring hands-on cooking, chef-led demos, four-course meals, and special events.
